Here is FAQ , if you need more info or want to question please click here , please do not ignore these problems and do not hesitate to ask any question to Anuroop Expert's, Thank You.

1. I have had a Copper-T fitted post my second delivery. However, I seem to have got pregnant again. Please advise what I can do. -
The copper T might have not been inserted correctly. If you want to plan a second pregnancy, it is better for you to either take pills or correctly use the barrier contraceptives. You sometimes develop tubal infection and cannot achieve pregnancy if you use copper T.

2. I have very little semen discharge in my ejaculation. Does that make me impotent? Will I be able to father a child?

If the volume of ejaculate is small , the fertility depends on whether the sperm count is good and even if the volume is less the sperms can reach the egg and pregnancy can result. If the volume is really small though, there can be problems achieving a pregnancy naturally. Pregnancy can be helped by concentrating sperms and injecting them into the uterine cavity. You should get your sperm count checked.

3. I am 22 years old, getting married and very afraid of the pain which one will experience at intercourse. Please advise how to counsel myself and not go rigid at the thought.

Everyone goes through this fear before their first sexual experience. It is somewhat painful but everyone who has been married has had to go through this little pain. So think of this perspective and do not get overanxious.

4. Every morning when I wake up my nipples are erect and sore. They really hurt. What could it be?
In normal women this kind of soreness can be experienced just before periods or during pregnancy. There is no other reason I can think of for the nipples to be erect without sexual stimulation naturally .

5. I suffer from a hyperactive thyroid dysfunction. How much will that affect my chance of getting pregnant?
If there is hyperactive thyroid, you can get menstrual disturbances, ovulation problems and misscarriages. If there is significant hyperactivity of the thyroid, you should go to a thyroid specialist and get the condition treated

6. I feel my wife fakes an orgasm and that gives me a complex. Please advise what to do. -
Everyone has different ways of dealing with sexual experiences. How should it matter if your wife fakes orgasm? It is her loss!

7. I wouldd like to have sex everyday but my wife seems to have lost the urge. She does it to please me but then we never climax together; she not at all. Do we need to undergo any tests? Even after 2 years of marriage, she feels pain while penetration. Please advise. -
You should see a sex counsellor. For a happy sexual relationship you have to care for each other's preferences and respect and love each other to such an extent that you start thinking about the other partner's comfort . Only then a marriage can work happily.

8. I am an 29 year old man weighing 120kgs.Can I have normal sex life and can I have children? Obesity is heredity.
Even obese people can have a perfectly happy sexual life. You should not give up on your efforts to reduce by dismissing obesity as hereditary.Obesity is associated with hormonal imbalance and infertility and can produce sevral complications in pregnancy also. back to questions

9.  I am a boy of 23 and I am getting married, in a couple of weeks. Right from the age of 16, I have a very strong desire for masturbation. I have been practising it daily and vigorously. I now notice that I can have erection only upto say 5 minutes. And although I do ejaculate, I think it is very little. Will that cause a problem of impotency? Please advise!! -
Masturbation is quite common among young men. Your erection seems to be long enough to have a proper intercourse. It is possible that with regular sexual life after marriage, you may not feel the need to mastrubate and things will fall into place. The anxiety you have is quite natural in a person who has no sexual exposure. I think you will be all right when you get married. The volume of semen also may become normal in a natural intercourse. If you fail ,you should then consult a specialist.

10. I am a 28 year old married woman. I have a 2 year old son. After delivery I started having irregular periods. Sometimes the gap was of more than 3 weeks. I took Femina Tablet for 3 months. After that for 4-5 months the periods were regular. But again they have become irregular? What shall I do? Please advise.
You need to get some investigations done. So you should see a gynaecologist trained in reproductive endocrinology. The problem you have mentioned is not so serious but should be investigated. I cannot give suggestions without these tests.
